Kobalt Label Services partners with Cult Records
Kobalt Label Services has signed a label services agreement with Julian Casablancas’ Cult Records.
The multi-release deal includes sync licensing services, marketing, digital distribution through AWAL and physical distribution across multiple territories. The deal also includes representation and product management.
Cult Records was founded by Casablancas in 2009 as the outlet for his debut solo album Phrazes for the Young.
The company’s roster includes Cerebral Ballzy, The Virgins, Har Mar Superstar, Rey Pila and Albert Hammond Jr.
