The O2 is still the world's busiest venue
London’s O2 led the way in worldwide venue ticket sales in the first quarter of 2015.
The AEG Facilities-operated arena has topped the list, compiled by US industry publiction Pollstar, every year since it opened in 2007 and sold more than 417,000 tickets in the period. Its nearest competitor was Manchester Arena, completing a UK top two.
Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany, and US venues Allstate Arena in Rosemont and Bridgestone Arena in Nashville rounded off the top five, followed ...
