The show - the finale of the charity's annual benefit concert series - will see the Brit Award-winning artist perform live at the Royal Albert Hall, accompanied by a full Symphony Orchestra.

The entire performance will be captured by seven high-definition cameras, streamed live on HP's official YouTube channel. Online viewers will be able to pick, choose and switch their preferred camera angles during the course of show.
