NME Awards 2014: Arctic Monkeys and Haim lead nominations
Arctic Monkeys lead nominations for the NME Awards 2014, up for eight gongs including Best British Band.
The Sheffield band is also in contention for Best Live Band, Best Album, Best Track, Best Music Video, Music Moment Of The Year and Best Fan Community, while frontman Alex Turner is up for Hero of the Year.
