One Direction PR company splits
One Direction's PR firm Hackford Jones PR has split, with co-founder Simon Jones launching Simon Jones PR, which will continue to represent the Syco-signed boyband amongst other acts.
The company was launched in 2003 by Jones and Jonathan Hackford who had worked together at Freuds for six years.
Simon Jones PR's music clients also include Little Mix, Fleur East, Busted, Louisa Johnson, All Saints, McFly, Mollie King, Hey Violet, Tulisa and OMI.
