French music industry agrees to WIN code of conduct

France's music biz has agreed to a code of conduct based on the WIN Fair Digital Deals Declaration. This voluntary agreement brings together organisations representing French record companies, unions, recording artists, performers, online music services and others. They will work together to help foster a sustainable music industry, encourage diversity and innovation, clarity on revenue distribution and a fair value for music recordings.
