Palace Sports & Entertainment is taking over the running of Detroit’s 7,700-capacity Freedom Hill Amphitheatre.
The company which already manages the city's DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival, will handle marketing, sales and other day-to-day business for the Sterling Heights venue, which remains under the control of Tom Celani’s Luna Entertainment in a 20-year lease with Macomb County, reports the Detroit Free Press.
