Pandora must pay 1.85% annual revenue to ASCAP

The ASCAP rate court has ruled that Pandora must give 1.85% of its annual revenue to the PRO for each year of its five year license term.

ASCAP notes that while the rate court’s decision does not fully adopt the escalating rate structure that had been proposed by the PRO, nor does it adopt Pandora that it should be given the 1.7% Radio Music License Committee rate.
