POLL: Has the music industry been too quick to dash to digital?

Conversations involving predictions for the future of the music industry over the past few years have mainly focused on digital and streaming services.

Platforms such as Spotify, Deezer, iTunes and YouTube have surged in popularity and HMV’s fall into administration early last year with a net debt of £176.1m seemed like the final nail in the coffin for physical.

However, ERA’s annual Yearbook report released earlier this week revealed that the decline in physical is slowing.
