RCA Records has promoted a string of publicity executives in the States. Following Mika El-Baz’s recent promotion to executive VP of West Coast, three more employees have also been given new titles.

Theola Borden has been promoted from VP to SVP of publicity. Borden joined RCA Records via J Records in 2005 as VP of publicity. Prior to RCA, Borden also worked in publicity for Elektra/Atlantic and Jive/Verity Records.
