Sony/ATV Music Publishing has teamed up with artist manager Charles Chavez and his company Latium Entertainment to launch a music publishing joint venture.

LA-based Chavez has previously looked after acts such as Pitbull, Chamillionaire, Frankie J and Baby Bash; his current roster includes Magic!, Danny Mercer, Heymous Molly, Benj the Rapper and new signings Shy Carter and Kat Dahlia.
