Supermarket giant Tesco is preparing to launch its own-brand tablet in time for Christmas and go toe-to-toe with the likes of Apple, Amazon and Google.
That’s according to reports, which also say that the new device will come pre-loaded with books, films and music as well as its streaming service Blinkbox.
The price tag isn’t confirmed, but sources for The Times have said that it will be a “high-quality” device similar to Amazon’s Kindle Fire, which retails at £129.
