In a blog posting on the TuneCore site, the company reveals album downloads of 1.4m accounted for 2.3% of sales while 37.4m streams made up 57% of sales.

Sunday was the biggest day of the week for TuneCore, with 16% of weekly sales. "Most interesting is that Tuesday, the traditional day of the week for new releases and highest one day sales, came in fourth," says the company in its blog.
