Universal Music does global deal with Screenburn Media for long-form video campaigns

Video-on-demand Facebook platform Screenburn Media has signed a global deal with Universal Music Group.

Screenburn is a white label app that sits on the existing Facebook page of an artist and enables content owners to stream long-from video content and sell directly to the artists’ fan base.
 
The agreement will see a string of Universal Music’s concert films and music documentaries streamed through Facebook, beginning with titles by the Smashing Pumpkins and INXS in the fall of 2014.
