Warner Music strikes £500m Parlophone deal, says The Telegraph

While an official announcement on the sale of Parlophone Label Group is yet to arrive, an early report suggests that Warner Music is the successful bidder in a £500m deal.

Music Week sources said that PLG had been sold as a complete unit by Universal earlier today.
