CEO Jane Dyball has given Music Week an exclusive update on her Music Publishers Association restructure, as independent publishers online mechanical licensing scheme IMPEL prepares to leave the MPA umbrella.
Since her 2015 appointment as CEO of the MPA Group Of Companies – comprising the MPA, IMPEL, mechanical royalties collection society MCPS and sheet music licensing body PMLL – Dyball has led a complete review of the group’s activities.
