Kobalt is relocating its UK headquarters to a 40,000 sq ft office at London’s River Building near Cannon Street.
The move sees Kobalt leave their current office in SE1 for the Blackstone Group property across the Thames.
Since acquiring the River Building, former UK home of the New York Stock Exchange, Blackstone has undertaken a major refurbishment of the property. Deliveroo has recently moved into the River Building.
Nick Pearce, leasing manager at Blackstone Property Management, said: “In Kobalt and Deliveroo, we have two massively progressive, forward-thinking companies which are a perfect fit for the space we have created at the River Building.”
