Sony/ATV head of A&R, UK, David Ventura has told Music Week that he “can’t wait for the world to discover” rising UK rapper Octavian.
The breakout artist, producer and writer from south-east London has signed to the Sony/ATV and Stellar Songs joint venture for a worldwide deal.
