Climate change lobby group Julie’s Bicycle has announced the winners of its first Creative Green Awards.
Green Party co-leader Caroline Lucas presented last night's ceremony at Somerset House, which celebrated more than 50 arts organisations undertaking Creative Green certification in 2016/17.
Winners included Shambala festival (Outstanding Achievement and Best Festival) and Festival Republic (Best Creative Group).
“The Creative Green awards are celebrating some of the most outstanding cultural organisations in the country," said Julie's Bicycle CEO Alison Tickell, winner of the 2016 Women In Music Campaigner Award.
