Official Charts Analysis: Green Day claim top spot with Revolution Radio

In a week when the record for most Top 10 debuts is equalled, Green Day lead the mass influx, topping the chart for the third time in their career with 12th studio album, Revolution Radio.

With first week sales of 30,880 (including 1,410 from streams) Revolution Radio is far ahead of the chasing pack but well below the opening tallies of 89,385 and 79,770 that produced their previous No.1 debuts via American Idiot (2004) and 21st Century Breakdown (2009) respectively. ...
