To mark its first anniversary, Amazon Music Unlimited has launched an aggressive discount offer as part of the online retail giant’s Black Friday sale.
Although Black Friday is not until November 24, Amazon is already drumming up business with an offer to sign up to Amazon Music Unlimited for three months for 99p. The normal rate is £9.99 a month, or £7.99 for Prime members (or £79 a year).
Amazon Music Unlimited recently added Alexa voice control to its mobile app. The premium service has more than 40 million songs as well as curated playlists and personalised stations.
A year on from its launch, Amazon Music Unlimited has also revealed the top 10 artists streamed on the service since November 14, 2016:
1. Ed Sheeran
4. The Beatles
5. Little Mix
6. Elvis Presley
