Speak easy: Voice control technology set to expand 'demographic reach'

The music industry must overcome the “challenge” of creating a seamless streaming service with voice control, Stu Bergen, CEO, international and global commercial services at Warner Music Group, has told Music Week.

“It’s a reasonably good consumer experience right now – I walk around my apartment and bark at speakers all the time,” he said. “I believe you’ll see a lot of voice activation moving into the car.
