Darcus Beese & Alex Boateng on Island Records' new urban division

Island Records president Darcus Beese says the label’s new urban division will build a “one-stop shop” for both UK and international urban artists, as the domestic scene reaches a tipping point with the success of Stormzy and Skepta.
