Cassandra Gracey has spoken exclusively to Music Week about her ambitions to “make our artists count” in her role as president of the newly-created 4th Floor Creative Group at Sony Music UK.
The radical overhaul has seen the company’s creative departments merge into a new division of 60-plus staff that will provide an all-encompassing operation – comprising brands, sync, insight, creative and digital – aimed at enabling artists to effectively reach audiences in the streaming era.
