Kisstory repeating: Kiss festival expands for second edition

Radio brand extension Kisstory has been a RAJAR ratings success for Bauer Media. Now the Kiss spin-off station has confirmed that its festival is returning for a second year.

Following its sell-out launch last year, Kisstory On The Common is back and has expanded from one to two days, on July 27-28. The event is staged on Streatham Common and tickets are on sale now.

Covering garage, R&B, hip-hop, dance, house and drum & bass, the event features Kisstory DJs and artists. Last year it featured Baby D, Damage, General Levy, Kele Le Roc, Shola Ama, Oxide & Neutrino and Romeo & Lisa Maffia.

The 2019 line-up has yet to be confirmed.

The digital network describes its playlist policy as “old skool and anthems”. In the Q3 RAJAR figures, its audience had a year-on-year increase of 34% to 2.16 million.
