43 winners of this year's A Greener Festival Award have been announced.

To gain a spot among the winners lists, each festival was required to sign up to a checklist of environmental good practice followed by an inspection by one or more independent environmental auditors.

The festivals were also asked to provide any supporting evidence including environmental policies and waste management plans as well as analysis of CO² and other greenhouse gas emissions.
