7digital and UBC Media announce intention to merge
7digital is set to merge with broadcast content and service provider UBC Media.
Both companies have signed a non-legally binding letter of intent to merge and the process could be completed within six months.
UBC has also lent £1 million to 7digital by way of the purchase of a convertible loan note from the music tech company.
