A&R executives Steve Ambler and Brian Mahoney have left Sony/ATV in the UK, Music Week understands.
The duo follow the company's ex-MD, Rak Sanghvi out of the publisher. Sanghvi left Sony/ATV in June.
Since then, the integration of EMI Music Publishing into the Sony/ATV business has largely been completed, with Guy Moot being named President, UK and European Creative for both Sony/ATV and EMI Music Publishing.
Moot is based in London and reports into Sony/ATV chairman and CEO Martin Bandier.
EMI Music Publishing was purchased for $2.2bn (£1.4bn) last year by an investor group led by Sony.
Sony/ATV is now administering EMI Music Publishing on behalf of the consortium.
In response to the news of Ambler and Mahoney's exit, a Sony/ATV spokesperson told Music Week today that the company did not comment on personnel matters.
