Apple's U2 album giveaway won't count towards UK chart

Apple's Eddie Cue might have called it "the largest album release ever", but the tech giant's giveaway of U2's new LP won't count towards the UK's Official Chart.

Songs Of Innocence is available now for more than 500 million iTunes Store customers around the world, with the album being 'pushed' to the majority of devices.
