ASCAP CEO Elizabeth Matthews has appointed Clara Kim to replace her as the new executive vice president and general counsel of the PRO, effective June 1, 2015.

Kim joins the US performance rights society from National Geographic Channels US and International, where she was EVP, business and legal affairs, responsible for their domestic and international businesses.

Based in New York, she replaces Matthews as general counsel, after Matthews was promoted to the position of CEO of ASCAP in January 2015. ...
