Bauer Media is set to acquire leading Nordic broadcaster SBS Discovery Radio from Discovery Communications, subject to regulatory approval.
SBS Discovery Radio is the leading commercial radio operator in Sweden and Denmark, as well as being strongly positioned in Norway and Finland. It reaches more than 10 million people per week through 20 brands, including Sweden’s Mix Megapol, Norway’s Radio Norge, Denmark’s Nova and Finland’s Iskelma.
