BMI has reportedly decided to file a lawsuit against Pandora following unsuccessful negotiations regarding publishing rates.

The move is said to have been prompted by Pandora's effort to seek lower royalty rates by acquiring a terrestrial radio station to become eligible for the corresponding license.
