British artists take share of German airplay

The figures, which are based on data from Nielsen Music Control, reveal that UK artists claimed 159 of Germany's top 1,000 airplay hits, with more than 420,000 plays, a 17.6% share, and a total audience reach of 318,400,000, or 19.3% audience share.

The most played British track on German radio was Robbie Williams' Tripping, followed by James Blunt's You're Beautiful and Sugababes' Push the Button.
