Digital Economy Act delayed AGAIN

Implementation of anti-piracy measures as part of the Digital Economy Act have been delayed yet again by the UK Government - and may now not arrive until late 2014 or even 2015, Music Week understands.

Measures such as anti-piracy 'three-strikes' warning letters were originally drafted in as part of the DEA, which was passed in Parliament back in 2010.
