It's 43 years since a fresh-faced Bob Dylan made his US album chart debut with The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan, writes Alan Jones.
That album peaked at number 22 and Dylan had to wait until 1974 for his first number one album, Planet Waves. He returned to the summit the following year with Blood On The Tracks and again in 1976 with Desire.
