Gennaro Castaldo leaves HMV for BPI job

HMV PR chief Gennaro Castaldo has left the retailer after 27 years to become director of communications at recorded music trade body the BPI.

Castaldo will replace Adam Liversage at the BPI who will be stepping down from the comms director role on June 14.
