Global signs digital Arqiva deal for Heart, Capital and Gold
Global Radio has signed a deal to transmit its Heart, Capital and Gold stations across each of the new local DAB multiplexes being launched by Arqiva, over the coming months.
The stations will launch on the new Oxfordshire multiplex next month (December), then in Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Derby next year.
In a release today, Global said the deal will expand the coverage of local DAB into areas not currently covered - and was a "significant commitment".
