A creative management company called Black And Blonde is set to offer acts and labels a chance to outsource a wide range of creative tasks.
The company is the brainchild of Jo Hart, director of regional promotions company Hart Media, and former Jive/Zomba creative director Hermione Ross.
Hart says the company will work with acts of any size or genre and will provide services ranging from putting bands together to video commissioning to finding dancers.
