Kobalt has signed a worldwide publishing administration deal with Dave Grohl to represent his entire catalogue, including songs with Nirvana and Foo Fighters.
The tie-up, which will mark Grohl leaving his current songwriting home of Universal Music Publishing, begins initially with Kobalt handling worldwide creative and sync services for his new works, including songs from a new documentary directed by him called Sound City - Real To Reel. Kobalt will start handling his prestigious back catalogue in 2014.
