Live Nation takes 51% stake in Aztec Theatre
Live Nation has secured a majority stake in the Aztec Theatre in San Antonio, Texas.
The 1,100-capacity theatre will be booked and managed by House Of Blues Entertainment, a division of Live Nation, which presents more than 9,500 events in 83 venues across the US.
San Antonio-based PHH Entertainment Ventures has sold 51% of its stake in the venue to Live Nation, reports the San Antonio Business Journal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
