Live Nation Entertainment has today been cleared of any liability related to cancelling its ticketing software licence with CTS in 2010 - avoiding what could have been a very hefty payout to the German Ticketmaster rival.
The arbitration case had been pending with the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce since its initiation by CTS in April 2010.
