Music channel Viva launches on Freesat

Viacom’s free-to-air music and entertainment channel Viva has launched on Freesat.

Launched in 2009, Viva claims to have “the strongest 16-24 profile of any of the UK’s digital free-to-air channels” with more than a quarter of its audience comprising of the demographic.

The channel reaches more than 10 million individuals each month.

Viacom counts Viva in a portfolio including MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central.
