Nick Gatfield exits Sony Music
Sony Music UK CEO and chairman Nick Gatfield has left the company, Music Week can reveal.
The respected A&R specialist, a former EMI and Island exec, joined Sony in 2011, replacing Ged Doherty at the major.
A Sony Music UK spokesperson told Music Week tonight: "It was an amicable decision for Nick to leave the company at this time. We wish him the best in his future endeavours."
