One Direction have made history in the US again today (October 10) by achieving the fastest-selling single by a UK artist with Live While We're Young.
The track has registered the biggest opening week sales for a single by a non-US artist ever. Live While We're Young has entered both the US Digital Tracks and Digital Songs Chart at No.1 today, selling 341,000 copies in one week.

Upon release, the video for Live While We're Young was the most viewed video in 24 hours ever on VEVO. One Direction have been nominated for three American Music Awards: New Artist Of The Year, Favourite Album and Favourite Band. One Direction's second album Take Me Home is released in the UK on November 12.
