Sales of tickets for Ricky Gervais’ first live musical outing as David Brent have this week caused quite a stir.

Released on Tuesday, October 1 for two dates at London’s Bloomsbury Theatre later this month (14th & 23rd) and priced at £17.25, tickets sold out in less than one minute.

They were soon listed on secondary ticketing sites Viagogo and Seatwave for up to £1,152 each but were taken down at the request of Gervais’ team ...
