Principle Management and Maverick sold to Live Nation for $30m - report

Live Nation has completed a deal to acquire Paul McGuinness’ Principle Management and Guy Oseary’s Maverick for a reported $30m.

The acquisitions were first rumoured in 2013 and the deal has now been finalised, according to Encore.

Founded by McGuinness, Principle was set up to manage U2, while Oseary’s Maverick is the long-term management house for Madonna.
