RadioCentre has expressed concern following the Government announcing today (Thursday, January 22) that it would relax financial and advertising restrictions for not-for-profit radio.
The announcement follows a consultation carried out by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport launched in February 2013. Changes include enabling all community stations to take advertising revenue up to £15,000 per year (a Fixed Revenue Allowance).
