Saavn appoints ex-Google exec, reveals user numbers
Saavn, one of the first streaming services in India, has revealed that it is hiring ex-Google India executive Mahesh Narayanan as its COO.
The four-year-old service has also revealed that it now has 11 million monthly active users and is approaching 200 million streams each month.
The start-up reported to have 10.5m users in 2013, prior to Facebook altering its social algorithms to decrease virality.
