Save Denmark St campaign proposes five year plan
The Save Tin Pan Alley-Denmark St campaign has launched a five-year plan aimed at "keeping the music in Denmark St".
The plan follows news that Camden Council has signed off on a deal that sees music based businesses on the 2nd Floor of Denmark St to be situated above the retail music shop units in the basement, ground, and 1st floors. Music based business will also have inflation-linked Tin Pan Alley Rents within Section 5's Section 1 of The 106 Agreements.
