SFX steps into ticketing with Paylogic acquisition
SFX Entertainment has entered the ticketing business after snapping up 75% of European firm Paylogic for $16.2 million.
Paylogic is valued at around $22 million as a whole and has provided ticketing services for events promoted by ID&T, which was also acquired by SFX earlier this year.
